The day
Casey and Dave had a beautiful country wedding at Mount Sturgeon Homestead in Dunkeld, with the breathtaking Grampians as their backdrop. Out here the sky seems to stretch on forever and we were honoured to have been able to film in this part of the world.
The rustic touches were incredible such as the kangaroos that showed up to check out the epic country sunset. The catering was old school rustic from the Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld and the flowers from Wildfolk Flowers showed off some gorgeous regional blooms.
We loved the bride’s custom-made denim jacket for the dusk photo shoot, which fit beautifully over her elegant vintage-inspired gown by Pearls and Roses.
It was a pleasure to work with Sonya from Enchanted Photography who takes photos with gentle guidance and a great eye for an emotion-filled shot.
The balmy evening carried on with dancing under the fairy lights and the stars in this endless sky.
