The day
When Bronte met James in a café, she had no idea that he was A-league soccer star. What he did for a living didn’t matter at all; all that mattered was as soon as they met, they knew, it was love at first sight.
This wedding was a glorious fusion of cultures. This couple were truly made for each other, described by their friends as bringing out the best in each other.
Melbourne weather threw everything at the lovely couple for their wedding day, when Bronte walked into the chapel it was pouring, but the sun shone on their first steps outside as husband and wife, as their guests threw a shower of rose petals instead.
The reception was a night of great food, dancing and laughter. George Calombaris, who made the cake, led the breaking plates on the spectacular terrace at Stones of the Yarra Valley, one of our favourite venues to film.
