Morning Preparations
The morning unfolded with warmth and excitement. Andrew prepared at home, just moments away from Hubert Estate, surrounded by his closest friends. Meanwhile, Ashlee and her bridesmaids spent a relaxed morning at a nearby Airbnb, filled with laughter, music, and anticipation. It was especially meaningful for Ashlee to be helped into her elegant Jane Hill gown by her mum and sister — a timeless, classic dress that reflected her understated style. Her dad’s and bridesmaids’ reactions were pure joy and emotion, moments that remind us why we love capturing the quiet beauty of wedding mornings on film.
The Ceremony at Hubert Estate
Set against the breathtaking views of the Yarra Valley vineyards, Ashlee and Andrew exchanged their vows beneath soft summer light. As Ashlee walked down the aisle, holding her dad close, Alicia Keys’ “No One” played — a song that captured every emotion of the moment:
“You and me together, through the days and nights — I don’t worry, ’cause everything’s going to be alright.”
When they saw each other for the first time, time seemed to stand still. There wasn’t a dry eye in sight. Their personal vows, spoken straight from the heart, made every guest feel part of something deeply meaningful. One of the many reasons Ashlee and Andrew chose Hubert Estate was its seamless flow between the outdoor ceremony and the elegant indoor reception. As the summer sun lingered, guests enjoyed fine wines and canapés the winery is known for, surrounded by rolling hills and fields of sunflowers in full bloom. The Yarra Valley scenery offered the perfect backdrop for their portraits — Ashlee in her timeless gown and Andrew in a tailored suit, framed by soft light and golden tones. After heartfelt (and hilarious) speeches, shared laughter, and beautiful food, the couple slipped away for a few quiet moments at sunset. It was a time to pause, breathe, and take it all in before returning to the dance floor — where the real celebration unfolded
